These aren't values from a workshop. They're the decisions we made before signing our first client — and the ones we've made every day since.

Some of them cost us pitches. We've lost business because we told a prospect their brief was wrong. We've lost business because we refused to guarantee a ranking position. We've kept every principle anyway.

Senior or nothing.
The specialist who wins your business is the specialist who works your account. This is written into every contract we sign. No bait-and-switch. No handover to a 23-year-old two months in. If we can't staff your account at senior level, we tell you before you sign — not after.

Skin in the game.
We agree KPIs — real ones, written into your contract — before we start. Miss them by a defined margin? Your fee drops proportionally. This is the only model that genuinely aligns what's good for us with what's good for you. If your competitors are still paying flat retainers, ask why their agency is so confident about that arrangement.

We only take clients we can genuinely help.
If we don't believe the conditions for success are in place — the budget isn't right, the product isn't differentiated, the landing page won't convert — we say so before you sign anything. Saying yes to the wrong client isn't a win. It's a slow loss for both sides.
